About Samskrita Bharati Maryland
Samskrita Bharati Maryland is one of more than 45 kendrams, or local centers, of Samskrita Bharati USA. We are a volunteer-run nonprofit community of students and teachers who share a love for Samskritam and a commitment to making it a living, spoken language.
Our classes welcome adults and children at different levels, from complete beginners to advanced students. While many members of our community have an Indian cultural background, we welcome anyone with a genuine interest in learning Samskritam.
We currently offer classes in Clarksburg, Rockville, and Ellicott City, following the local school academic calendar (Sept12, 2026-Jun6, 2027).
